Heddiw rydym cymryd rhan yn sesiynau ‘Mixed Martial Arts’. Daeth cwmni SJA Martial Arts i gynnal gweithdai hyfforddi gyda’r disgyblion.
Today we took part in a Mixed Martial Arts sesion. SJA Martial Arts organised a workshop with our pupils .
Diolch enfawr i Saru Ju Jitsu am ddod mewn i wneud sesiynau blas martial arts gyda CC3 dros y ddau diwrnod diwethaf. Fe wnaeth y disgyblion mwynhau y profiad, hyfryd i weld cyn-ddisgyblion yn dod nôl i rannu eu harbenigaeth gyda’r plant.
A big thank you to Saru Ju Jitsu for the martial arts taster sessions over the past two days with Progression Step 3. The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Wonderful to see past pupils returning to school to share their expertise with the children.
