Dyma disgyblion blwyddyn 2 yn defnyddio sgiliau cyfrifo arian i osod yr arian cywir ar y cerdyn cywir.

Here are our year 2 pupils using their counting skills to place the correct amount of money on the correct cards.

Disgyblion blwyddyn 2 Mr Hutchings wedi mwynhau eu sesiwn Jigsaw. Trafodwn ni pwysigrwydd parch a pha mor bwysig yw hi i feddwl am eraill a gwneud eraill deimlo bod croeso iddynt.

Mrs Hutchings’ year 3 class enjoyed their Jigsaw well-being session. We discussed the importance of respect and how important it is to think of others and make others feel welcome.

Joio ym mlwyddyn 3 Mrs Davies! Gwnaethom wrando ar chantorion Cymru. Rydym yn hoffi ‘Coffi du’ gan Wibdaith Hen Frân a ‘Parti’r ysbrydion’ gan Huw Chiswell. Ond, ein hoff gân ydy ‘Sebonna fi’ gan Yws Gwynedd.

Enjoying in Mrs Davies’ year 3 class! We listened to Welsh singers. We like ‘Coffi du’ by Gwibdaith Hen Frân and “Parti’r ysbrydion’ by Huw Chiswell. But, our favourite is ‘Sebonna fi’ by Yws Gwynedd.

Mwynhaodd Blwyddyn 2 i gyd ein hymweliad gyda Jen o Dân ac Achub Treforys. Dysgom ni llawer am beryglon sydd yw cael yn y tŷ ac yn yr ysgol a beth i wneud os rydym mewn peryg.
Year 2 enjoyed our visit with Jen from Morriston Fire and Rescue. We learned a lot about dangers in the house and at school and what to do if we are in danger.

Mrs Davies’ year 3 created word clouds on internet safety following their research.

Mae dosbarth Mr Hutchings wedi dysgu llawer am sut i fod yn ddiogel wrth ddefnyddio’r we ac am y dechneg SMART pan nad ydym yn hoffi golwg rhywbeth.

Mr Hutchings’ class has learned a lot about how to be safe when using the internet and about the SMART technique when we don’t like the look of something.

Bu disgyblion Cam Cynnydd 2 yn mwynhau eu gwasanaeth gyda Dr Davies o Mad Science a ysgogodd angerdd a chyffro i genhedlaeth o wyddonwyr y dyfodol. Ysbrydolodd y plant trwy Wyddoniaeth, gan danio dychymyg gydol oes a chwilfrydedd. Gwnaeth atgyfnerthu dealltwriaeth y plant o rymoedd a ddisgyrchiant.

Progression Stage 2 pupils enjoyed their assembly with Dr Davies from Mad Science who instilled passion and excitement into our future generation of scientists. He inspired the children through Science, sparking lifelong imagination and curiosity. Dr Davies reinforced the children’s understanding of forces and gravity.

Sesiwn ymarferol Mathemateg heddiw i flwyddyn 3 Mrs Davies ar rannu gyda gweddill. Defnyddiwyd grid lluosi a’r dull gwrthdro i wirio atebion.

Maths practical session today for Mrs Davies’ year 3 class on dividing with remainders. A multiplication grid and inverse method were used to check answers.

Bu dosbarth Miss Seward yn ymarfer ei siapiau o fewn ei sesiynau ymarfer corff yr wythnos diwethaf. Fe wnaethon weithio ar ei sgiliau mathemategol er mwyn cofio priodeweddion siaiau yn ogystal a’r sgil gweithio fel tîm.

Miss Seward’s class practiced their shapes within their P.E lesson last week. They worked on their mathematical skills in order to remember the properties of shapes as well as the skill of working as a team.
